    华亚斯坦德标准自动化技术有限公司位于深圳赤湾石油基地，主要从事船舶及海洋石油行业的自动化系统、电气系统安装维修、电气试验、油田保温、工程设计和监理检验和产品研发。是中海油深圳地区最大的电仪工程承包商。
    Huaya Standard Automation Technology Co., Ltd is located in Chiwan Base in Shenzhen. It is mainly engaged in automation system, electrical system installation and maintenance, electrical test, field insulation, engineering design, supervision and testing, product development for ship and offshore oil industry. We are the largest contractor of electrical and instrument engineering for CNOOC in Shenzhen.
    2006年，随着业务的不断发展壮大，注册了分公司“深圳市华亚斯坦德石油装备技术有限公司”，2008年注册“香港华亚斯坦德石油装备工程有限公司”。2006年8月，公司通过了DNVISO9001质量管理体系的认证；于2009年6月，成功通过DNVISO90001换证评审。
    As the business development, Shenzhen Huaya Standard Oil Equipment Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2006. And it was certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System by DNV in August 2006, while company-owned Sino Asia Oil Equipment limited Co., Ltd was success in ISO9001 refresh audit by DNV in June 2009.
    公司现有员工近200人，办公场所约700平方米，生产基地约1100平方米，露天场地600平方米，现场检测设备200台以上。
    The company has nearly 200 workers, cover the area of about 700 square meters as office place, 1,100 square meters as manufacturing base and 600 square meters as open space yard, and more than 200 testing equipments.

    公司筹建的分支机构“深圳市华亚斯坦德中心实验室”，于2007年9月取得“中国合格评定国家认可委员会”认可，并通过国家实验室专家评审。该实验室人员技能过硬，具备专业资质证书；能够出具CNAS和法律认可项目的中英文试验报告。
    We built a branch company named "Shenzhen Huaya Standard center laboratory" that was accredited by "China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment" in September 2007 and success in expert review supported by national laboratory. Our professional lab staff all have qualification certificate, and the laboratory center is approved to issue CNAS and legislator recognized test report for project in both English and Chinese.
    2009年，在使管理精细化、科学化、标准化、并适应生产需求的同时，与国际接轨，按国际标准质量要求，公司创立了华亚智慧管理系统，将DNVISO9001 、CNAS及HSE三大子系统整合于一体，进一步规范管理流程，成功实现了系统管理、资源共享、反馈及时与信息同步。其中，体系管理、风险管理、安全工作计划、隐患与专项整改、变更管理、职业健康管理、事故管理及综合功能等八大模块共同支撑HSE管理系统，实现全过程的系统安全管理，为华亚的安全、经营、管理打下了坚实的基础。
    In 2009, in order to realize refined, scientific, standardized management, and satisfy production demand, company created the Huaya intelligence management system as international convention and international quality requirements. The system integrates DNVISO9001, CNAS and HSE in one to further standardize management processes, which is success in systemic management, resource sharing, feedback in time and message synchronization. Meanwhile, the HSE management system is supported by eight modules: system management, risk management, safety work plan, hazards and corrective action, management of change, occupational health management, incident management and comprehensive functions. These modules help Huaya to establish system safety management for the whole process, and lay a solid foundation for safety, management and administration.
